Broker Presentation Agreement

All brokers/salespersons represent the seller or the lessor, not the buyer or the lessee, in the marketing, negotiating, lease or sale of property unless otherwise disclosed. However, in all transactions, the broker or salesperson has an ethical and legal obligation to maintain honesty and fairness to the buyer or lessee.
